Hi, I’m Charlotte!

I am a Manchester-based Certified EFT Practitioner.

For most of my life, anxiety was something I learned to live with. I experienced panic attacks and constant tension that I spent a long time trying to cope with quietly.

Over time, that stress began to show up physically; living with chronic health issues forced me to slow down in a way I hadn’t before and really listen to my body. It became impossible to ignore the connection between what I was feeling emotionally and how my body was responding.

Finding EFT was a turning point. It gave me a way to work with my body rather than against it, helping me process emotions I had never given space to, and shift patterns that had been shaping my thoughts and reactions for years. It wasn’t about fixing myself, it was about learning to listen.

Those experiences are what led me to train as an EFT practitioner and today I support people who feel stuck in cycles of stress, self-doubt or emotional overwhelm, often after trying to think their way through things for a long time.

In our sessions, I offer a space where you can slow down, feel supported and reconnect with yourself at your own pace. My intention is always to help you feel more at ease within yourself, we focus on listening to what you need and allowing change to unfold gently, rather than forcing it.
